Pricing
- Flat rate for all Telehealth visits! $30 per visit (30-45 minute consultations).
- Home visits can be arranged at additional cost ($50-80 depending on mileage).
- Card on file will be billed 1-day after appointment is marked as occurred.
- Research shows at least 3 visits are recommended to affect change
- At Sound Growth Nutrition & Wellness, LLC we can offer lower rates by bypassing insurance billing/claims:
! Not all services are covered by insurance.
! Dietitian doesn't spend valuable time negotiating for payments.

What to Expect
- Prior to appointment clients will complete nutrition related health forms to give the Dietitian some background information and reason for visit.
- If you have your doctor submit referral this information will be added to your profile on a secure platform. Referrals are great for background information but not required! In complex cases. Dietitian may request a release to obtain important labs or information from your Primary Care or Specialist.
- You will have access to chat with the Dietitian and communicate through Journaling via secure platform as well so in between visits you can maintain support!
Client Portal Access
Current clients can review documents/assessment information shared with them by the Dietitian via secure patient portal.
