About the Dietitian!
Shannon I. Holton, MPH, RDN, LDN
Shannon has been a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist for 20+ years specializing in the science of nutrition and metabolism - focus on Pediatric and Family nutrition topics. She has spent time in both hospital and public health settings as well as teaching nutrition courses. With her experience and diverse practice, she is well equipped to manage nutrition therapy for all people across the lifespan.
